Resources needed for ESL exam

I will be taking an ESL exam on July 11. I am looking for online resources and hard copy material to help me study for this exam. Specific areas I need more information about include significant reading theorists and models and standardized language assessments. I welcome any suggestions from those of you who have taken an ESL exam. Thank you!
